Indonesian Young Leaders Exchange Program (IYLEP) is an international exchange program for young Indonesian leaders that was launched in 2019. Since then, IYLEP has successfully deployed two batches of Indonesia’s young leaders abroad. Through this program, Perkumpulan Kader Bangsa has been working collaboratively with several prestigious institutions both at national and international levels. During the program, the participants will have strategic meetings at selected institutions to have dialogues with distinguished figures related to the creative economy industry, social movement, education, youth empowerment policy, politics, and other strategic issues.
